I saw an awesome video of surf in The Maldives a couple of days ago - looked like a perfect peeling tube, left hander.  Anyone been and is it really consistent?  Looked a bit too good to be true.....  Undecided

Do you mean Mauritius or the Maldives as you have titled the Q as Mauritius but ask about The Maldives??

I'm a jerk (sometimes)  Roll Eyes  Was chatting with my friend on Skype (who has just returned from Mauritius) but I did mean to ask about the Maldives - duh
