I assume they charge the same as a windsurfer.

I haven't traveled with my boards yet.

I tried with AA last month.  They asked me how long the board was and when I told them it was 11'6'' they said I'd have to pay a double surf board tariff of more than $300 bucks!!  Huh wtf.....

And this site too may be more up to date.  For ex. I had to pay on a LAN flight for a surf board and BA as far as I know have had to back-track on their no board policy.
