Looks like a nice wave - is it consistent and how small or large does that get?

I only just saw your question.....

In winter time, we get the great North Swells rolling in across the Atlantic; occasionally, they can be 3-5m - monster swells. 

However, most of the time from late October onwards, on average we get from head height to 2 x overhead through to April.
